Floodlight Connect — Visibility Sprint Terms of Service

These terms apply to all participants joining a Floodlight Connect Visibility Sprint. By joining a sprint you agree to the following terms.

 

1. What the Visibility Sprint is

The Floodlight Connect Visibility Sprint is a structured 30 day collaboration programme for wedding and event suppliers. Participants complete one Instagram story swap per week with an aligned local supplier over four consecutive weeks.

 

The sprint is designed to increase your visibility through structured weekly collaborations. It is not a direct lead generation service. Some participants may receive enquiries as a result of participating but this is a byproduct of the process and is not guaranteed.

 

2. Eligibility

 

To join a Visibility Sprint you must:

 

Be a wedding or event supplier based in the United Kingdom or in a location specified for that particular sprint round.

 

Have an active Instagram account that you post to regularly.

 

Be willing and able to feature another supplier in your Instagram story content.

 

Have an audience that would have genuine interest in other wedding or event suppliers.

 

Floodlight Connect reserves the right to decline any application that does not meet these criteria.

 

3. Participant responsibilities

 

By joining a sprint you agree to:

 

Post a collaboration request every Tuesday before 6pm to be eligible for a collaboration that week.

 

Confirm your collaboration partner publicly in the group chat before organising privately.

 

Complete your Instagram story swap by Sunday of each week you are matched.

 

Tag your collaboration partner and tag @FloodlightConnect in your story swap.

 

Confirm completion publicly in the group chat by posting Collab completed.

 

Treat all other participants with professionalism and respect.

 

4. Eligibility rule

 

You must post a collaboration request to be eligible for a collaboration that week. If you do not post a request you will not be matched with a partner for that week. This rule applies every week without exception.

 

5. Non-participation

 

If you do not post a collaboration request for two consecutive weeks you may be removed from the sprint at the discretion of Floodlight Connect. No refund will be issued in this circumstance as the terms of participation will not have been met.

 

6. Optional partner offer

 

Sprint participants are encouraged but not required to include an optional partner offer as part of their story swap. This is a simple exclusive rate or incentive offered to your partner’s audience to help track whether the collaboration drove real enquiries. Participation in the optional partner offer is entirely voluntary and does not affect your eligibility for a collaboration.

 

7. Payment and refunds — paid sprints only

 

Payment is required in full before the sprint begins. Payment confirms your spot in the group.

 

Floodlight Connect offers the following guarantee: if you post a collaboration request every Tuesday, follow the process and execute your story swap each week, and you do not complete at least one collaboration across the four weeks, you will receive either an extension of access to the following sprint at no additional cost or a full refund at your choice.

 

This guarantee only applies when all participation requirements have been met in full. If you do not post requests, do not confirm pairings or do not execute story swaps the guarantee does not apply.

 

Refunds outside of the guarantee are not available once a sprint has begun.

 

8. Content and intellectual property

 

You retain full ownership of any content you create as part of the sprint including story swaps and collaboration posts.

 

By participating you grant Floodlight Connect permission to share your collaboration posts, testimonials and results for marketing and case study purposes. If you do not wish your content to be shared please notify Floodlight Connect in writing before the sprint begins.

 

9. Conduct

 

Floodlight Connect reserves the right to remove any participant from a sprint at any time for conduct that is disrespectful, harmful or damaging to other participants or to the Floodlight Connect brand. No refund will be issued in this circumstance.

 

10. Limitation of liability

 

Floodlight Connect is not responsible for the results of any individual collaboration. Results vary based on audience size, content quality, engagement and other factors outside of Floodlight Connect’s control.

 

Floodlight Connect is not liable for any loss of income, business or opportunity arising from participation in or removal from a sprint.

 

11. Changes to these terms

 

Floodlight Connect reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be communicated to participants before the start of any sprint they have joined.
