Floodlight Connect was founded by Bradley Flood for local business owners who are great at what they do but struggle to stay visible.
Too many strong local businesses get drowned out online by ads they don’t want to run, shrinking reach and competitors with bigger budgets. Floodlight Connect exists as a simpler alternative.
This is a collaboration first network built to help local businesses grow through shared visibility and partnerships, not competition.
By creating a space where businesses are open to collaborating, we make it easier for the right connections to happen naturally.

Founder & Director
Bradley is the founder of Floodlight Connect and leads the platform day to day.
With a background in marketing and a strong belief in collaboration-led growth, he created Floodlight Connect to give local businesses a calmer, more sustainable way to grow visibility.
Floodlight Connect is intentionally lean. There’s no big team, no layers and no over-complication, just a focused network where businesses can find each other and collaborate when it makes sense.
